Μεθαύριο κυκλοφορεί το τέταρτο single των Cure από το επερχόμενο album τους. Ο τίτλος είναι "the perfect boy" (ούτε αυτό μας ενθουσίασε ιδιαίτερα..) με b-side το αποκλειστικό "Without You". Το 13ο άλμπουμ τους μπορεί να πήρε μια μηνιαία αναβολή ακόμα (αναμένεται πλέον στις 13 Οκτωβρίου 2008) αλλά, προφανώς για να καλυφθεί το κενό, στις 13 Σεπτεμβρίου το συγκρότημα θα κυκλοφορήσει ένα remixed EP, τα έσοδα του οποίου θα διατεθούν στον Ερυθρό Σταυρό. Περισσότερα:To ΕP με τα remixes έχει τίτλο "Hypnagogic States EP" και θα περιέχει διαφορετικές εκτελέσεις και των τεσσάρων singles των Cure που έχουν κυκλοφορήσει το 2008 από καλλιτέχνες όπως οι Gerard Way (My Chemical Romance), Pete Wentz & Patrick Stump (Fall Out Boy), Jade Puget (AFI), Jared Leto (30 Seconds To Mars) και τους 65 Days Of Static που ήταν support στους Cure κατά την πρόσφατη περιοδεία τους.
